Contamination Policy

$500 minimum per occurrence.

Loads containing rejected materials are subject to a $500 minimum fine per occurrence. Drivers may be turned away at the gate if contamination is visible before offloading.

"Contamination" means any rejected material — concrete chunks, asphalt millings, roots, trash, plastic, rebar. If it isn't on the accepted list, it doesn't belong in the load.

Policy last updated 2026-04-22. On-site signage governs at the gate.
